Mercy, Mercy...
The RSM 11yr old All Stars advance to the Division 3 Championship Game with a 11-1 victory in 4 innings over Carmel Mountain LL on Monday night. RSM advances to Wednesday's title game where they will face the winner of Tuesday night's game between Parkview LL and Carmel Mountain LL.Noah Thompson pitched all 4 innings for RSM allowing only one run in the first. RSM pounded out 11 hits scoring 6 runs in the second inning and 5 in the fourth. Noah Thompson went 2-3 at the plate and Cole Joy went 2-2 to lead RSM. Cameron Aufderheide ended the game with a walk-off double in the bottom of the fourth to give RSM a 10-run lead to end the game on the mercy rule.Come out and support the team on Wednesday as the boys go for the Division 3 Championship and the right to advance to the best of three Southern CA Championship in Granada Hills starting on Saturday.
