Manager/Coach Training – Jan. 30 & 31

For 2012, RSMLL is encouraging all Managers and Coaches to attend Big Al’s training for your appropriate age group.  These sessions are sponsored by District 68 (free to you) and they help ensure we are delivering a well rounded and consistent developmental experience for our athletes.  The Jan 30th session is for those working with 5-8 year olds and it focuses on introducing the skills of the game in a fun and effective way.  The Jan 31st session is for those working with 9-13 year olds and it focuses on the plans and drills required for an outstanding season.  Both nights begin at 5:40pm (registration) and offer hands on training (6pm-10pm).  This is not some sit-around-and-stare-at-a-PowerPoint presentation folks, it is real life education – as Al puts it, "Teach it – Try it – Game it”.  We hope to see you all there.  Please feel free to contact Joe Molina (training@rsmll.com) with any questions.

For details and location information, please review the document located here.
